this set of notes is very comprehensive and covers many aspects of the healthcare scene in singapore! this primer also sheds light on some of the pertinent issues the healthcare system is facing (eg. rising costs) and the evolvement of the healthcare system. very thankful for TLM's effort, and greatly recommended for anyone who hopes to gain a better insight into sg's healthcare landscape :")
